CLEVELAND- LeBron James had 40 points, 13 rebounds and six assists as the Cleveland Cavaliers beat Detroit 99-92 on Friday night in a game delayed when Pistons guard Rodney Stuckey collapsed late in the third quarter.

The Pistons said Stuckey's vital signs were stable, and he was conscious and breathing on his own at the Cleveland Clinic. He will remain there overnight after being transported there for tests.

MIAMI-Dwyane Wade had 27 points and 14 assists, Quentin Richardson scored a season-high 25 and the Miami Heat found a way to overcome a huge effort by Kobe Bryant to beat the Los Angeles Lakers 114-111 in overtime Thursday night.

Carlos Arroyo scored 17 points, Jermaine O'Neal scored 13 and Udonis Haslem had 12 for Miami, which won the NBA's most wildly back-and-forth game all season - with a season-high 31 lead changes.

Bryant scored 39 points, including the overtime-forcing jumper for the Lakers, who got 14 points from Derek Fisher and 13 points from Lamar Odom.

EAST RUTHERFORD,- LeBron James had 26 points and 14 assists and the Cleveland Cavaliers opened a 20-point first-quarter lead and cruised to a 111-92 victory over the New Jersey Nets on Wednesday night.

J.J. Hickson added 20 points and 13 rebounds in his second straight start for the injured Shaquille O'Neal and Antawn Jamison had 19 points as the Cavaliers won their fifth straight game. Mo Williams added 16.

Durant stymied in loss to Nuggets

Oklahoma City's Kevin Durant overpowered the Denver Nuggets the last time the teams played. It was a different story in a rematch.

Carmelo Anthony outplayed Kevin Durant, scoring 30 points, and the Nuggets took control with a big third quarter to rout the Oklahoma City Thunder 119-90 on Wednesday night.

Durant, the NBA's second-leading scorer, was held to 19 points after averaging 31 in two previous games against the Nuggets this season, including a 101-84 win in Oklahoma City on Jan. 29 in the teams' last meeting.

Bosh to miss fifth straight game with ankle injury

All-star forward Chris Bosh did not travel with the Toronto Raptors and missed his fifth straight game Sunday night due to a sprained left ankle.

Bosh is listed as day-to-day for the Raptors, who played at Oklahoma City on Sunday night and are scheduled to play at Houston on Monday night.

Bosh ranks eighth in the NBA with a 24.5-point average and he's also fifth in the league with 11.4 rebounds per game.

Toronto has gone 2-2 without Bosh, including an overtime loss against Cleveland on Friday night.
